The challenge
- FxErvin encountered a multifaceted array of challenges that necessitated a migration to Microsoft Azure to achieve improved scalability and operational efficiency. The organization was tasked with optimizing its infrastructure through the development of scalable, cost-efficient cloud systems and the establishment of streamlined CI/CD pipelines. The implementation of Kubernetes clusters was critical for enhanced resource management and performance, addressing their dynamic requirements. There was also a pressing need to develop new mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms to meet evolving business and user demands.
