Cookie categories

Our cookie control offers three categories:

• Strictly necessary — required for security, authentication and core site features, including remembering your cookie choice. Always on.
• Analytics — usage data that helps us understand which pages and content are most useful. Off until you allow it.
• Marketing — used to measure campaign performance and deliver more relevant content on third-party platforms. Off until you allow it.

You can change your choice at any time via Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to measure site usage. It collects information such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interactions with the site. Google Analytics runs in consent mode: analytics cookies are only set after you allow the Analytics category. Until then all storage is denied, and Google may receive cookieless, non-identifying signals only.

Contact form

When you send the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you enter, plus any other fields you complete. We store the submission together with a one-way hashed (not readable) form of your IP address, used for abuse and spam protection, and send a notification email to our team. The form is protected by a bot check. We use this data only to reply to your enquiry.

Retention

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it or change it.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
• lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
