DevOps modernization, across AWS, Azure and hybrid cloud.
Retire fragile Jenkins jobs and hand-rolled VMs. We re-platform onto EKS, AKS or hybrid Kubernetes with GitOps, Terraform and progressive delivery — without missing a release window.
Ship like a platform team.
Most engineering orgs don't have a "DevOps problem" — they have a paved-road problem. Pipelines drift, infra is half-coded and half-clicked, and every new service reinvents its own deploy story. The result is slow releases, brittle on-call, and senior engineers burning hours on toil instead of product work.
A modern delivery platform fixes the root cause: a single golden path for building, deploying, observing and rolling back — whether the workload runs on AWS, Azure or a hybrid estate that spans both. Teams ship to production multiple times a day, infrastructure changes go through pull requests, and rollback is a non-event. The cloud bill goes down because resources match real demand, not worst-case guesses.
We've built this exact platform at startups and enterprises — on EKS and AKS, with Terraform, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, and Argo CD. You get the same proven blueprint, tuned to your team's size, compliance posture and existing investments across whichever clouds you run. No greenfield rewrites, no consultant-ware.

- Migration of legacy Jenkins/VM workloads to AWS EKS or Azure AKS
- GitOps with Argo CD, Helm and progressive delivery
- Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform across AWS, Azure and on-prem
- CI/CD on GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps with caching, matrix tests and SBOMs
- Observability with CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry and Datadog
- Hybrid connectivity and zero-downtime cutovers with rollback playbooks

The questions teams actually ask.
Do you only work on AWS?
No. We modernize delivery on AWS, Microsoft Azure and hybrid estates that span both clouds and on-prem. The same paved-road patterns apply — EKS or AKS for stateless services, managed PaaS where it fits, and unified IaC and CI/CD across whichever providers you run.
Do we have to move everything to Kubernetes?
No. Kubernetes (EKS or AKS) is the default for stateless services that benefit from autoscaling and progressive delivery, but we routinely keep workloads on Lambda, Azure Functions, ECS, App Service or VMs when that's the right fit. The decision is driven by your team's operating model — not by fashion.
What happens to our existing Jenkins pipelines?
We migrate them incrementally to GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. A typical engagement runs the new pipelines alongside Jenkins for a few weeks, mirrors build artifacts, and only retires Jenkins once every service has a green equivalent run. No big-bang cutovers.
How do you avoid breaking releases during the migration?
Every change ships behind feature flags or canary rollouts. Production traffic shifts gradually, observability dashboards stay green, and rollback is a single click. We've never blown a release window on a modernization engagement.
Will our team be able to own this after you leave?
Yes — that's the goal. We pair with your engineers from day one, document every paved road, and run handover workshops in the final phase. The platform is yours; we just compress the learning curve.
