FxErvin Mobile Apps and Infra

About Project:

Following extensive consultations with the client and in-depth research and brainstorming sessions with the Unified Technologies Technical team, we established three primary objectives from the outset, which subsequently became our responsibility to fulfill:

1. Design and implement a resilient, cost-effective, and secure cloud-based infrastructure for hosting the diverse services of Fxervin.
2. Automate critical infrastructure components on Azure, complemented by a meticulously organized Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
3. Develop and launch applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

The Challenge:

FxErvin encountered a multifaceted array of challenges that necessitated a migration to Microsoft Azure to achieve improved scalability and operational efficiency. The organization was tasked with optimizing its infrastructure through the development of scalable, cost-efficient cloud systems and the establishment of streamlined Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Additionally, the implementation of Kubernetes clusters was critical for enhanced resource management and performance, addressing their dynamic requirements. Furthermore, there was a pressing need to develop new mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms to meet evolving business and user demands.

The Solution:

Unified Technologies delivered a holistic solution to overcome the challenges presented:

1. Microsoft Azure Migration: Ensured a smooth transition of the company’s infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, employing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies for efficient and error-free deployment.
