Project Overview:

A global financial services provider needed to modernize its IT infrastructure to keep pace with growing demands in data analytics and customer service. Outdated systems limited scalability and slowed the deployment of new digital features. The client sought a cloud-native approach to improve operational efficiency, enhance service reliability, and support rapid innovation.

From the start, the strategy emphasized Infrastructure as Code (IaC), enabling consistent, automated, and secure deployments while minimizing operational overhead.

The Solution:

Unified Techs implemented a transformation plan centered on Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, combined with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. This approach built an AWS best-practice platform for Intelligent Automation (IA) services while ensuring knowledge transfer to the client’s teams.

Infrastructure as Code with Terraform:

• Terraform Implementation – Introduced Terraform to define, provision, and manage infrastructure through code. This allowed fast, repeatable deployments of secure AWS infrastructure across all operational regions.

Secure Operating Procedures and Platform Right-Sizing:

• Established a review process for right-sizing infrastructure, aligning resources with customer-specific requirements.

 Agile Development Practices:

• Formed cross-functional teams adopting Agile workflows to accelerate delivery and adapt to changing requirements.

• Conducted sprint planning and reviews to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

CI/CD Pipelines:
