The Solution:

Automation of Customer Contact Center in the cloud: ConnectAI’s primary offering is an omnichannel customer contact center hosted in the cloud. Relying on serverless technologies and utilizing services that are either new or rapidly evolving within the AWS ecosystem, ConnectAI faced the challenge of creating an agile infrastructure codebase that would enable engineers and architects to innovate and experiment with these services. Leveraging AWS CDK, “Unified Technologies” developed a suite of constructs and stacks that are not only reliably built but also highly configurable, allowing engineers to effectively create their applications.

AWS Organization setup with Azure AD integration: ConnectAI, a growing SaaS provider in the Power and Utilities industry within the DACH region, has been thriving in the market for four years. Managing an AWS Account Organization that now supports over 100 AWS accounts presented a considerable challenge, which “Unified Technologies” effectively addressed by implementing a robust architecture and adhering to best practices.

Utilizing services like Control Tower, Security Hub, Trust Advisor, and AWS IAM Identity Center, Unified Technologies established a streamlined AWS account organization. The synchronization and central management of users and groups through Azure AD has ensured compliant and efficient administration of access and permissions across the organization.
