## How we work

- Three-phase engagements: Assess (two-week audit of platform, pipelines and cloud spend), Architect (co-designed target architecture with documented tradeoffs), Automate (IaC, CI/CD, observability and runbooks, with support until the client's engineers operate it confidently).
- Senior-only delivery. Clients work directly with the engineers building the system; no junior hand-offs and no subcontracting.
- Founded 2013. Legal entity: Unified Technologies, trading as Unified Techs. 15 engineers based in Yerevan, Armenia and in Germany; remote-first, delivering globally.
- Working hours cover CET, GMT and EST. Languages: English, German, Armenian, Russian.
- X-Road® Technology Partner since August 2026.
- Engagements scoped to measurable outcomes and KPIs rather than billable hours.
- Multi-cloud: AWS is the primary platform, with Azure and hybrid/on-prem experience.
