Automation of Customer Contact Center in the cloud:
Connect AI’s primary offering is an omnichannel customer contact center hosted in the cloud. Relying on serverless technologies and utilizing services that are either new or rapidly evolving within the AWS ecosystem, Connect AI faced the challenge of creating an agile infrastructure codebase that would enable engineers and architects to innovate and experiment with these services. Leveraging AWS CDK, “Unified Technologies” developed a suite of constructs and stacks that are not only reliably built but also highly configurable, allowing engineers to effectively create their applications.
